[CBQ] More recent Trust "plates"

Beginning in the 60's and beyond, most railroads shifted to stenciling the 
Trust information on the car, sometimes in the top corner, thus no more plates 
to collect.  Look closely at modern cars, some will have stenciled "Subject to 
a trust..."
