[CBQ] Burlington Bridge

just added three more pictrues of the bridge construction

1)- shows the towers that the liftspan will ride on these are the east side 
towers.look under the bridge it self and you can see a white block that appears 
to be floating in the river this the tempory prier they poured to support the 
bridge and will be removed when done. As far as i know the open deck will 
remain under Walsh Company replaces the span  next to the lift span.

2)- this is possible the lifting machenry for the lift span showed up thursday 
afternoon.

3)- this is another night shot that missed posting on wednesday night showing 
the removed span on the illinios side of the river
