I've found photos of box car 91000 (built as a sample/prototype for class XM-7 
in 1901) and furniture car 42000 (built at Aurora in 
1899, featured in a Jones car door advert) in downloaded electronic books.  
Both photos show the B end.

I can send copies if they would assist.
