Sure it would.  If it was built in the  same manner.  While both are 
sheathed, one is fully sheathed, and the openings through which water 
and other liquid and liquefied things got  behind the P-S sheathing 
aren't found on THE ROUND-UP..  Too, I have to assume that the Aurora 
shops did a better job in drainage than the original P-S designs - 
they had the luxury of years of experience seeing what can happen, and how.
