Hi Scott,
As of now I have no glazing in the windows of any of the cars. And in all
honesty, I haven't even decaled all of the cars yet even though I have had the
set for a number of years.
I do have tinted dome window inserts from Rix and at least one from Railway
Classics/Shorham Shops for use in the domes.
As to the locomotive to pull this consist...when I did have a layout (currently
with out, but have one in planning), I used two Proto 2000 E units (in "Q"
silver of course) and they handled the seven cars quite well...even up the
helix I had.
The cars roll as well as any other brass import, although I do have one
"squeaker". I know of a couple guys that changed out the brass trucks and I
believe used Concor trucks in their place.
