There was a Mississippi River excursion boat named "CAPITOL" pre WW2.  Have 
seen photos long ago, and my dad talked about it.

I just spotted something very unusual on ebay. These are CLOTH and are marked:

"WEAR THIS. GOOD FOR ROUND TRIP. SUNDAY, AUG. 30, 1925, C., B. & Q. R.R. - 
STEAMER CAPITOL"

What was so special on Aug 30, 1925? Does anyone know what these were and how 
these were used and for what occasion?
