Lenny,
Many Dispatcher's expected you to be ready. My personal way of
that was that I would not even respond until I was ready.
Lineup's were very much the same thing. It was supposed to be at
6:00 A.M. and you better be ready. Once you are there at the right
time then you can do as you please, just be ready. It might not be
done until 6:45 A.M. but I can wait, take a nap, whatever.
