Ne 12 -Havelock built steel offset cupola waycar- Sometimes referred to as a
Cadillac. Friction bearing trucks.
Ne13 -International Car Company built extended vision waycar. early ones had
friction bearing trucks than RBTs. After BN merger you could tell a Q NE13
from the BNs because the cupola windows were different on the NE13s. More
rectangular than square.
Both of these had the large Q heralds with the original paint jobs.
