[CBQ] D&RGW PAs on the Zephyr

Sorry for the slightly off-subject query, but was wondering if D&RGW PA Alcos 
were ever used in a consist with CB&Q power on the run into/out of Chicago on 
the California Zephyr? I'm looking for an historic rationale as to why they'd 
be in a Chicago-bound/outbound lash-up.
