[CBQ] Live Steam Q Caboose

I've contacted George off-list and offered to work with him as I have most of 
the detail drawings for 
the Q wood waycars and have been thinking about doing something in 1 1/2" Scale 
anyway.
The O Scale waycar laser kit you mentioned is nice but working off of the 
railroad drawings would
be less expensive and more accurate.   The kit is generally correct but does 
not have the correct
expression of the separate upper and lower window panes of the prototype, 
something that is fairly
obvious in O and would be really gross in Live Steam size.
