I don't have that issue of LQ, but it sounds like that engine is
decorated just like the K-2 I mentioned previously. That was the gold
BR lettering, gold band and red frame.
The O-scale Microscale set I referred to is 48-641. Here is a link.

The heralds in the lower right appear to have the bronze gold, though
the gold band doesn't show up very well in their image, I have no doubt
it is there, based on the similar HO set that I have in my possession.
