Don't know if this is what you want or not but BNSF TT, online at 
http://www.bnsf.com/ttc/ttmainmenu.html , has grade charts for the 
territories you want.
(Springfield No. 5)
Watched a coal train on Arenzville hill this morning.  With 
distributed power, AND a pusher the train was just creeping by he 
time it got up the hill.
