Greetings Bob,
I am glad that I am not alone in seeing this "mix and
match" of ATSF/C&S locomotives and way cars.
I wonder if the two RRs resorted to this often.
Photographic evidence is hard to come by as it was
rare for the camera to record both the locomtive(s)
and the way car. Fortunatley Otto Perry was an
extraordinary photograher who also took deatiled
notes.
