Norm is right on target. Possession in this case (and others) is not 9/10's
of the law. The calendars were copyrighted by the railroad and you, as an
individual, can copy anything for your own personal use.
But the second you distribute (or sell) that artwork, the launch codes are
hot.
The BNSF is very amenable to itelllectual property use with permission. It's
like mushroom hunting, get permission first.
