No, it's groups.io automatically unsubscribing the subscriber due to receipt of a false positive on a third-party spam filter. That's the problem. Whether a subscriber is to be unsubscribed should be

As a workaround, can we add a second email address to our io account until this mess is figured out? My ISP said it's a group.io problem and may not have anything to do with an ESP. But I have tier 3
