I have seen pictures taken in the 1970's on rrpicturearchives.net or railpictures.net of two tracks that ran west from the Aurora Transportation Center site (before it became the new Aurora station)

I agree with Steve, that you put the incline back in. I participated in the engineering for the Sounder commuter rail at Seattle, and we did a lot of conceptual engineering which I have always found

I've lived in Aurora all my life (60 years) and can assure you that no such CB&Q tracks ever existed after the viaduct was built. The whole point of the viaduct was to get the tracks out of the Auror

Wasn't there a track that ran up to the main from the area around the round houses. It appears that there is a grade for one behind the roundhouse hotel area. Maybe it was just a service road. Dan --
