Ed, you are correct on the car delivery sequence of the 1951 Mid-Century Empire Builder. I rode the maiden trip of that train out to Savanna on the first Sunday of June, 1951. The domes didn't arrive

The question was.... as the short domes were delivered to the GN for the Empire Builder..... did they run domes as they were delivered or did the GN wait until all the short domes were delivered? The
