Pete BTW, I checked the 29 rule book, when I got home. It was flags and lights, at night, and flags only, in the daylight. I, of course, don't know if the flags are white or not, but it is something
John I'm going to pursue my "commorative" flag theory since I'm convinced that those flags in the photo aren't white....I'm going to ask Al to make a copy of the actual TT for that sub for that time.
