Calendar showed up today. Nicely folded by the USPS. Maybe we should print the "do not fold" on the envelope in either bigger type. Calendar looks good. The Sterling book also looks to be pretty good

According to the "Red Book" (Mike Spoor's Color Guide to CB&Q etc.) There were eight cars with gold paint (look on page 47) he shows only one number 61417. Athearn ran the series twice. Once with the

The new depot bulletin looks great. While pictures of engines and trains, and railroad operations are great to read the occasional trip of the beaten path so to speak is just as interesting. Nice job

Duncan, different lots, different manufacturers, and even weather conditions can affect the paint colors. So while there may be only one color of gray that the Q used there can be variations on it. I

My mistake it was Nickle Plate that did the Hudsons. Challenger has been talking about the O-3 for a couple of years now, however orders are being taken for O-5's at around $1400 each.
