Yes, train is westbound just west of Canal St(the bridge that train just went under), St Charles Air Line is above and to left,switch to the right is toward freight houses 5&6.

Pretty sure the bridge structure at left is the ramp leading up to the St. Charles Air Line. Train would be westbound, having just come around the big curve at Canal Street, and about to pass Union Avenue tower.
