Ken, I can probably manage 95 scale feet for my passage under the bridge.  Not quite wide enough, but if I decide to model a tow, I could compress that a bit as well.
I might do some work on the drawings tonight.  I'm working from photos and some drawings from the LOC.  The other big decision is how many of the rivets to reproduce.
