The original deck was planked, and that would be a lot easier to model.  I'm wrestling with how to compress the swing span so that half of it will fit in my layout and still look right -- that will be how the TP&W and Wabash trains come out of staging.  CB&Q trains from Burlington will enter underneath the roadway extension.
