That is an interesting mix. The one that stands out to me is the Livingston Anti-Merger committee, the brainchild of the late Warren Mcgee. The lasting shadow he cast is still manifested in the NPRHS yearly calendar with the black background for March 3 of any given year. That resentment has been going on now for 51 years. Justice, (2) the Northern Pacific Stockholders' Protective
Committee, (3) the City of Auburn, Washington, and (4) the

The BN merger was all set to move forward in
1968.
It got waylaid by an 11th hour lawsuit.
I can’t recall, what group filed suit to stop
to the merger?
