Planet Toys made a 1974 cargo van. See (note I chose this one because it was the clearest picture - I have no connection or interest in the item):

It is a '74 and it doesn't have windows tho. Wal-Mart carried these many moons ago and 1/87th vehicle people ate them up. I have a stack of them to fit onto the Athearn bi-levels someday. Now I can't find them...

Stepping further into the way back machine, Walthers/Magnuson made a resin version with the windows. Not sure what model year it was. Couldn't find a picture on line.
