Group - It would be a terrible shame to let this Class O-5-A slip away unseen in the wilds of Wyoming unloved and unappreciated by the citizens of Sheridan.  Incidentally, to my best knowledge, the Q's 4-8-4s never operated on the Sheridan Division. I've attached two images showing No. 5631 at Galesburg, IL, in 1962 ready to be moved to Sheridan for display. Scrapping is always a distinct possibility when the city fathers decide that what was once a beautiful monument to the community's railroad past is now deemed irrelevant and an eyesore in this digital age..... It makes no difference to the general public viewing the loco whether the headlight, bell, etc were removed for safe keeping or were stolen.
