Pete, I do have some notes from talking with Lenny Ohrnell (he was an operator at Pacific Jct). The lines East dispatching ended at Pacific Jct. The ctc machine at Pacific Jct was under the discretion of the Owtumwa ds but was controlled by an operator. What I do know is that the line to Council Bluffs, had it's own US&S machine.
