[CBQ] Demonstrator Locos

We have documentary evidence of the Q trying out the E.J.&E. center cabs on the 
Fox River Wayfreight out,of Eola.

The center cabs were routinely seen at Eola where the "J" interchanged with the 
Q. They would come down into the east yard.
