Dave...I just had a chance to look at #3 enlarged. First time seeing a good view of the piping for the relocated horn. I'll now finally be adding that detail to my fleet. And a good view also of the quarter wave antenna. I started looking at some of my reference photos and am seing a few  of them installed. Thanks!

Randall...depending on which loco numbers you are doing, and what year,
GP30s had two chime horns and sometimes a single blat horn. Radio
antenna was a firecracker if equipped. GP20s  antenna were a quarter
wave whip (18 inches tall). Horns same deal. The two chime are Overland
brass parts, or if need be, cut the center bell off a three chime.
Placement and type on the '20s again depends on loco and year.  Refer to
pictures in books and on line sites such as Fallen Flags, Rail
pictures.net  and Castle Graphics.
