SID File reader is available from the United States Geological Survey The government does several things that require a reader, So with that said, I have it downloaded on my computer and have not had any problem.

I'm trying to look at the aerial photos on this site:

http://www.isgs.uiuc.edu/nsdihome/webdocs/ilhap/county/j_winnebago.html

It appears in order to look at the index, you need to be able to view sid files.  Is this correct?  Is there a safe place for getting a program to open sid files?  I'd really like to look through these photos, but without an index it is totally hit or miss.
