Rich, I was able to find a county index which enabled me to take a good guess at where to find the pictures that would be useful to me.  I was able to get a series shot over Keokuk Iowa and Hamilton Illinois on my first try.

I'm trying to look at the aerial photos on this site:

It appears in order to look at the index, you need to be able to view sid files.  Is this correct?  Is there a safe place for getting a program to open sid files?  I'd really like to look through these photos, but without an index it is totally hit or miss.
