[CBQ] Rochelle IL double track

Last weekend while fanning at Steward IL I met a fellow who asked if I  
could confirm a story he'd heard that the Q's double track thru  
Rochelle had once extended into, and perhaps even thru Steward for a  
short distance.  Honestly I've never heard this, I had always assumed  
that the double track ended at the former junction with the Milwaukee  
Rd on the north side, but I was wondering if anyone knew better.
