The herald and block numbers on 9204 are identical to those on 9203 which
features in the BRHS Calendar for October 2011, but it
doesn't have the round "dots".
There is a photo of 9203 on page 159 of Burlington in Transition showing it in
1945 with the same large herald and number style,
indicating that this was the as-delivered appearance.
By 1957, 9205 has the smaller herald and "gold" Roman numerals (on page 46 in
Volume 1 of Mike Spoor's series)
There is a photo of 9204 taken in 1962 (June 2009 Calendar) also with the
smaller herald and "gold" Roman numerals.
