Hi...Does anyone know if Williams Street, which runs north-south and is the border between Westmont and DG, ever cross the 'Q' on a bridge? I'm guessing the brige would be similar to the Oak St. bridge in Hinsdale. The reason I ask is 'cause if you look on the south side of the 'Q', Willams St. continues right up to the right-of-way. I also have older maps which show a solid line for the street crossing. Also, on the south side of the tracks on Williams was a Bulk Petroleum bulk plant. (Did the 'Q' switch this??). That would lead me to believe there was a bridge there at one time. I'm guessing it was torn out in the mid-to-late 40s. Any help would be appreciative. Also, thanks for the updates on the 'Q' commuter cars. Now are the one lettered "BURLINGTON", is this the original lettering uncovered, or is it new paint.
