Not with a high degree of precision.... the only reverse side of the cars with 
the cream compartment that have popped up were O Scale kits from the 40's.   I 
have a hunch they were correct as many kits that were made by walking outside 
and taking pictures of what had not become "vintage" at that time... but no RR 
drawings have surfaced.   Will have to look at the Pullman Library to see if 
they have anything on the cars... don't even know who built them.
