[CBQ] is the Mark Twain Zephyr returning to Hannibal, Missouri?

Noticed the following article in the Hannibal (Missouri) Courier-Post and 
thought you all might find it interesting.

The article in the print section of the paper basically gives a capsule history 
of the MTZ that doesn't need to be repeated here.  

The tourism bureau is looking at having the MTZ on static display and was 
planning on spending $$$ on a new facility, so who knows what might happen (and 
for those of you that aren't local, tourism is a HUGE thing in Hannibal)?
