GW distribution plant was not at Congress Park but Brookfield. I said
nothing about modern tank cars, I was referring to connections with the
IHB loaded by the GW.
Current Brookfield plant only handles current as needed. Cars being held
are kept on track #22 at Western Ave. That is the standard switching carload
tracks that is all used at Western Ave. Intermodal is all that is used at
Cicero.
