I don't know of any. I found mine at an antique show years ago.
There are two different books, my " Corporate History" is a single 
volume. There is also a three volume set which is what I suspect Archie has.

Last month Rupert found an internet of online books at:
http://www.archive.org/index/php it shows Vol. 1 of the three volume set at:
http://www.archive.org/details/chicagoburlingto01bald
It shows as being provided for the scan by
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign I don' t know if they have the 
other two volumes.
