[CBQ] NW-2 Paint Scheme

Hi,
  Could anyone please tell me if the NW-2s were ever re-painted in the Chinese 
Red scheme, and if so, what were their numbers?  Also, during what period did 
the black painted models receive the "Burlington" lettering replacing the 
"Everywhere West" scheme, and again, which numbers?
