There are photos and a history of this car in Bulletin #17 - Office Cars -
and #42 - The Exposition Flyer.
The abbreviated version is that the car was built by Barney & Smith in 1915
for the SP&S as a solarium-lounge. It was purchased by the Burlington 1934
as 220 "Mississippi", then rebuilt in 1936 as solarium-parlour #340. The
names of "Denver" on one side and "Cheyenne" on the other were then added
for service on the Zephyr Connection. It went back to #340 by 1939, was
converted to chair car #4811 in 1943, then back to #220 "Mississippi" in
1946. Following a serious crash in 1946, it was reclad with fluted
stainless steel in 1953, emerging as office car "The Round Up", remaining as
such until BN took it over in 1970.
