There is a member of this list who works for Life-Like. Or as my dealer
says about this whole thing is that this person loves to flash his
Burlington Route belt buckle at the manufacturer shows and claim what a
CB&Q expert he is. This person has not said a word about all these
complaints. I think it's time this person steps forward and either tells
us Life-Like doesn't care about this problem or customer service, or
that they are working on this problem and will be offering a resolution
to the problem. If his silence continues, I think we will know what the
answer is and I think people can then decide accordingly how to plan
their future spending.
