Bill - Metra was advertising the ex-CB&Q gallery cars as being for sale in
both Railway Age and Progressive Railroading trade magazines late in 2004. As
Charlie Vlk mentioned earlier, since the cars were structurally built like
"battleships," there should be years of life left in them for their new owners.
