[CBQ] Good spot to model between Savanna & Chicago

I am looking for a good spot to model between Savanna and Chicago 
for an addition to my layout. In particular, I would like to find a 
spot where another RR crossed over the Q mainline (and includes an 
interchange track) and maybe a nice industrial complex close by 
(could be swithced by either RR - Q or other). Best case scenario 
would be where the other RR's mainline almost paralleled the Q 
mainline. Any thoughts?
