budd corrigated panels

I am going to be scratch building some shovel noses out of styrene 
but am having trouble finding the correct corrigated styrene for 
them. I'm looking for somthing thin enough to laminate the sides of 
the model instead of cutting and spliceing. Im open to ideas.
