You are correct, a lot of thought went into this policy.

When I used the term collective "Burlington Route" I did so to include all
predecessor roads and subsidiaries.

As far as putting Commercial in the subject line - most filters will find
the word no matter where it is. I picked the full word commercial to help
avoid inadvertent deletes for words like common, advise, etc that contain
the abbreviations. All caps doesn't do anything to help filters, and some
servers don't differentiate between cases.

6 = great idea, <suggestion> so this key word does not get buried
in a truncated subject line, how about the first word of the
subject line begin with your 'commercial' suggestion or even a
shortened version such as 'comm' , `adv', or...... and
while we're at it, should it be in caps?? </suggestion>
