- As a power seller on e-Bay (mostly courtesy of automobile parts and cars) I can say that e-Bay is all about its bottom line. As a seller I have found that there is an increase in non-paying bidders.

- I don't know about eBay's current bid retraction policy, but I have in the past bid on an item then withdrawn the bid shortly thereafter with the explanation that I found out the item was a fake/repr
