Don't know what an LHS is, but the only Q 4-6-2 ever imported (in HO) was from LMB in the mid 1960's. I purchased one new when it was released in 1968 and find that my model runs quite well. It's has

Terry; Is it by chance the PFM 4-6-2 lettered for the CB&Q that Hills Hobby has had for sale for many moons? If so, that model is a USRA light 4-6-2 and really does not begin to resemble any of the Q

I have a couple of PFM S-2a's. They are ok. I replaced the motors and gear boxes. (My grades are tough on brass engines.) Replacing the motors was very didfficult beause of tight space. ( had to do a

Oh Boy! I realize I made a mistake. I don't have PFM S-2's. They are LMB. (Big difference). Quite a few LMB Pacifics were produced. Nothing equal to the quality of PFM, I'm sure. Still pretty decent
