Is it by chance the PFM 4-6-2 lettered for the CB&Q that Hills Hobby has 
had for sale for many moons?  If so, that model is a USRA light 4-6-2 
and really does not begin to resemble any of the Q's 4-6-2's other than 
having the same wheel arrangement.  If all you want is an approximation, 
you'd be money ahead to buy an Athearn Genesis USRA light 4-6-2 and 
letter it for the Q.  As other posters have commented, the only Q 4-6-2 
that has been done is the S-2A imported many years ago by LMB.  I have a 
couple of them, and while sparsely detailed by today's standards, they 
are sturdy, well-running models that are easily upgraded.   Wish we had 
better news for you.
