Don't know what an LHS is, but the only Q 4-6-2 ever imported (in HO) was
from LMB in the mid 1960's. I purchased one new when it was released in 1968
and find that my model runs quite well. It's has the older open frame motor,
is a little noisy, but looks good. It does not have the detail that the
newer brass has today, but it is very close to the phototype.
I have seen these on ebay and if I remember, sold for the mid $200 range.
PFM never made a Q 4-6-2. They did several other roads in the 4-6-2
versions, including the GN.
Hope this helps.
