To my knowledge in the post-WWII era, CB&Q tank cars were either black (a handful of newer tankcars in interchange as well as some MoW) or MoW orange. Gerald MT made a Q tank car that was painted bro

The prototype for this tank car can be seen on page 121 of Michael Spoor's CB&Q Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment (Morning Sun). Spoor indicates the cars were used to transport fuel oil
