Rupert, It's on page 193 of Corbin & Hardy's "The Burlington in Transition" -- not Steam Locos. Much to my surprise, I could find no mention of Lines East and/or Lines West in the extensive index of

Attached is some information that I took from old maps a number of years ago. I found 4 references to boundaries between Lines East and Lines West. At Pacific Jct., the boundary was shown on the line
